Join us for this new series in conjunction with Dr. Erika Murphy. While meditation is a simple practice that has numerous benefits for the mind and body, there are many different approaches to accessing the meditative state. This four-week series will cover meditative methods and tools such as mindfulness, mantra, and chanting as well as offering stress-reduction techniques for everyday use. By the end of the series, you’ll have the tools to build a practice that’s geared to your personal goals, whether you’re seeking relaxation, health benefits, or a deepening of your spiritual practice.

No experience necessary – all are welcome!
